Hello Families, 1. The link below is a writing contest through Scholastic. I will be talking to my students about it in the next few days. http://www.scholastic.com/bookfairs/contest/kaa_about.asp 2. In Flynn math, I sent home a student math handbook. Students can keep these at home as a reference, but will need to be returned at the end of the school year. 3. Reading book projects are due October 10. Please have your child check with Mrs. Voinovich is they have any questions. 4. With the temperatures fluctuating in our beautiful Fall season, please feel free to send your child with a sweatshirt or light jacket to keep in their locker. 5. Our field trip to Severance Hall is this Thursday. We will leave school at 10:00 and return around 2:00. Please have your child dress nicely and bring a bagged lunch. 6. Picture Day is Oct. 10th at 9:30 AM for our class.
